Free trial
The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate ChaseLedger before the first monthly charge. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
Cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly at $24.99 until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue through the period already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through the support form so we can review it.
Marketplace purchases
This policy applies to ChaseLedger software subscriptions. Any physical card storefront purchase is governed by the terms shown for that order.
