Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ChaseLedger collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use our website, collector tools, subscriptions, storefront, contact forms, and related services. It does not govern third-party websites or services linked from ChaseLedger.
Information you provide
We collect account details such as name and email; onboarding and collector preferences; card, chase, purchase, sale, expense, grading, auction, and listing records; images, receipts, CSV files, notes, and other uploads; subscription and order details; contact messages; and information you choose to enter into forms. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in uploads or notes.
Information collected automatically
We may collect device and browser information, IP address, dates and times of access, referring pages, app interactions, error and security logs, and identifiers stored in cookies or local storage. Referral links may record a referral code, visitor identifier, attribution dates, signup or subscription events, and related campaign information.
Payments and storefront orders
Base44 Payments processes subscription and storefront payments and may collect payment credentials, billing details, name, email, and shipping information. ChaseLedger does not store full payment-card numbers. We receive transaction, order, fulfillment, subscription, and limited customer details needed to provide access, deliver purchases, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide collection, market, auction, accounting, grading, selling, release-calendar, storefront, and subscription features; personalize the service; process files and requests; calculate estimates; provide support; fulfill orders; attribute referrals and administer creator commissions; monitor reliability and security; prevent misuse; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms; and improve ChaseLedger.
Automated and AI-assisted processing
Some features may send prompts, card details, images, receipts, or other user-selected content to service providers that perform image recognition, data extraction, market research, or AI-assisted analysis. Results may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. We use this processing to provide the feature requested and do not represent automated output as professional advice.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, payments, marketplace or pricing data, file processing, AI-assisted features, security, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, users, or the service; in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale; or with your direction or consent. Vendors may use information only for contracted services, subject to their terms and legal obligations.
No sale or targeted advertising
ChaseLedger does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose limited referral and conversion information to participating creators or administrators to operate the affiliate program, without providing payment credentials or private collection records.
Cookies and local storage
We and our service providers may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, cart functions, referral attribution, and service performance. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of ChaseLedger from working correctly.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, complete transactions, meet tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type. Deletion requests may not remove information we must retain or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
Security and storage
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an explanation of how personal information is processed, and to appeal a denied request. You may update available account details, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion from Settings. You may also submit a privacy request through the contact page. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable with proof of authority.
Children's privacy
ChaseLedger is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Links to marketplaces, pricing sources, shipping carriers, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and ChaseLedger is not responsible for those practices.
Changes and contact
